Richard Colless AM - Chairman

Richard Colless: Originally from Western Australia, Richard Colless has worked in the financial services industry in Australia and the United Kingdom for over 30 years. He is the Chairman of ING Management Ltd.

Richard joined the Board of the Sydney Swans in 1993, and in 1994 was appointed Chairman. He is the longest serving AFL Chairman/President currently in office.

He co-authored the review of the development of Australian Football in NSW/ACT in 1997 and in 1998 was appointed Chairman of the AFL (NSW/ACT) Commission, a position he held until 2002.

Richard Colless is a Director of Events NSW and also a Director of the Sydney Australian Football Foundation.

Jason Ball

Jason Ball: Jason Ball is a two-time premiership player.

He was drafted to the West Coast Eagles in October 1991 and played 103 games from 1992 to 1999. He was a member of the Eagles 1994 premiership team.

In 2000, Ball was  traded to the Sydney Swans for picks 11 and 38.

A wonderful ruckman, Jason played 90 games for the Swans. He was pivotal during the 2005 finals series, setting up winning goals with his ruck work in both the semi-final against Geelong, and the Grand Final against his old side, West Coast.

He played his final game of football in the 2005 Grand Final, finishing his career with a Swans premiership.

He joined the Swans coaching staff in 2006, mentoring young players, before becoming a member elected Sydney Swans board member.

Away from football, Jason joined Macquarie Bank as a private client retail stockbroker in January 2000. His first child Zachariah Jace Ball was born in May 2000 and 22 months later,.his wife, Jane, gave birth to identical twins, Mattison Shae and McKenzie Grace.

Robert Campbell

Robert Campbell: Robert Campbell has held senior executive positions in television management and production since the early ‘70s. He was the CEO of the Seven Network and Chairman of the Film Finance Corporation.

Today, he is a shareholder and Executive Director of television production company, Screentime.

Andrew McMaster

Andrew McMaster: Andrew McMaster is originally from Temora in the NSW Riverina and has been a member of the Club since 1982.

He is a senior audit partner at KPMG. His professional expertise and energy during the darkest days of the Club in the early '90s are still well remembered by all involved at that time.

He is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is also a Trustee of the Bradman Museum in Bowral.

Rob Morgan

Rob Morgan: Rob Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University. His business career started at General Motors and after a short period he moved to A.C. Nielsen in market research.

He moved into advertising, and his career in that industry began at Monahan Dayman Adams (now Mojo). After three years there he joined Clemenger in 1979 in account management. He was appointed a Director of the Company in 1984.

In 1989, he was appointed Managing Director of Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, and in 1998 he became Executive Chairman of the Clemenger Communications Group, the largest advertising and marketing communications group in Australia and New Zealand.

 Rob is also a Director of Opera Australia. He was appointed to the Sydney Swans Board in 2004.

Greg Paramor

Greg Paramor: Greg Paramor has been involved in the real esate and funds management industry for the past 35 years. He has formed property vehicles for public investment since 1981 and was the co-founder of Growth Equities Mutual, Paladin Australia and JFG.

He is a past president of the Property Council of Australia and past President of Investment Funds Association, and he is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Greg recently retired as Managing Director of Mirvac Group, and is a director of a number of not-for-profit organisations, including the Garvan Institute of Medical Research and the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

He joined the Sydney Swans board ahead of the 2008 season.

Rob Pascoe

Robert Pascoe: Robert Pascoe was born in Melbourne in 1962 and educated at Scotch College and Monash University in Melbourne.

His career background has been predominantly in marketing and business development.

 In 2001, he left his role as a General Manager at Visy Industries to establish a joint venture company with Richard Pratt, the chairman and owner of Visy Industries.

Robert is the Managing Director and largest shareholder of this company, Visy Closed Loop, which specialises in the marketing and management of packaging and recycling programs to organisations such as Qantas Airlines, Prince of Wales Hospital, Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix and the Australian Open tennis, to name a few.

The company has offices in Melbourne and Sydney and has recently established operations in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. 

Robert has an interest in flying and also owns an aerial photography business in Melbourne. He is a member of the advisory Board for the Banksia Environmental Foundation and part-owns an event management company.

Married to Fiona, they have twins, Amelia and Louis. Robert is a keen tennis player, ordinary golfer and has been a passionate and active supporter of the Swans all his life.

Andrew Pridham

Andrew Pridham: Andrew was educated at Rostrevor College and completed a degree at the University of South Australia, majoring in Property. He moved from Adelaide to Sydney in 1988.

Andrew is well known in Australian business circles, having previously held the positions of Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance and Global Head of Property at international investment bank, UBS Warburg.

Andrew joined the Swans board in 2002 following his return to Australia after a couple of years living in London and Singapore.

Andrew is Executive Chairman of Investment Banking at JPMorgan Australasia. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Sydney Australian Football Foundation.

He lives in Mosman and is married with two children.

Lynn Ralph

Lynn Ralph: Lynn has had a successful career in both the private and public sector.

She spent 15 years in funds management, including four years as CEO of the Investment and Financial Services Association.

Lynn spent six years as General Manager of Sydney Dance Company, and was Deputy Chairman of the Australian Securities Commission from 1993 - 1997.

In 2002, she co-founded Cameron Ralph P/L, a firm which assists boards to improve their performance.  She lectures and writes regularly on corporate governance.

She is currently a Director of Babcock & Brown Direct Investment Fund and The Sydney Institute.  She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a member of the St James Ethics Centre and the Rotary Club of Sydney.  

Lynn has previously been Chairman of the AMP Foundation, Chairman of the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust, and  a Director of NRMA Limited, NRMA Insurance Limited, the Financial Industry Complaints Service, Chunky Move Ltd, the Australian Choreographic Ensemble, and  the AFL (NSW/ACT) Commission.
