Redkite

Redkite is proud to be an official charity of the Sydney Swans.

Redkite supports children, young people and their families through cancer by providing real and practical support through the cancer journey - from the very moment of diagnosis, throughout treatment and when families return home to their community. Redkite's vital services include emotional, financial and educational support for the whole family.

Established in 2000, the special partnership between the Sydney Swans and Redkite is motivated by the team’s desire to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with cancer and their families in their community.  The players, with full support of the Club, visit children and young people in the oncology wards, participate in Redkite Family Days and other events.  The Swans also host an annual Redkite celebrity match where celebrities battle it out for the Redkite Cup.

Redkite receives no government funding and relies entirely on the generosity of the community and corporate partners, like the Sydney Swans.

The GO Foundation



Adam Goodes and Michael O'Loughlin set up the Goodes-O'Loughlin Foundation with the goal to provide Corporate Australia and Indigenous Australia with a means by which to engage more closely. We exist to enable a brighter future for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The Goodes-O'Loughlin Foundation aims to help Indigenous Australians set and achieve life goals.
