The Sydney Swans donate a variety of promotional material to charities, hospitals, schools, junior football clubs and other community organisations.
If your organisation is interested in obtaining such a donation, and meets the following guidelines, please submit your request in one of the following ways:
- by filling in the form below
- by fax to 02 9339 9101.
- by post to Donations, Sydney Swans PO Box 173, Paddington 2021
Personal Requests
- Please note that due to the volume of requests we receive, under no circumstances will we accept items for signing.
- Members and supporters are encouraged to attend open training sessions to obtain autographs.
Charity & Non-Profit Organisation Requests
- Requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Priority is given to charity and fundraising events. If possible, please submit your request on official letterhead.
- Due to the number of requests we receive, please allow up to four weeks processing time after submitting your request.
- Requests for monetary donations and sponsorships will not be considered.
- Requests must contain the following information:
- Name and date of fundraising event
- Contact details of organiser
- The name of the beneficiary / beneficiary organisation.
Please note that due to the large number of donation requests received, we can not guarantee all requests will be met.
