Recruitment and selection at the Sydney Swans


Application process:
The application process for employment opportunities at the Sydney Swans is detailed in the specific job advertisement. The job advertisement will be listed on this website in addition to other advertising forums that are viewed relevant for the specific position. Please follow the instructions detailed in the job advertisement when applying for a position.

The job advertisement will confirm that the Sydney Swans prefer applications for advertised positions to be submitted by email to hr@sydneyswans.com.au.

The Sydney Swans will confirm that your application has been received by return email within one business day of it being received.

Please note that in order to be employed at the Sydney Swans applicants must be Australian Citizens or have permanent residency status awaiting the granting of Australian Citizenship.

Selection process:
The Sydney Swans utilise a variety of selection activities which are implemented relevant to the position.

These selection activities include but are not limited to:
•    application;
•    interviews;
•    psychometric assessment;
•    reference checks;
•    qualification checks;
•    criminal record checks.

Application outcome:
The successful applicant will receive a verbal offer of employment before receiving a formal employment package from the Sydney Swans.

The Sydney Swans will respond to all unsuccessful applicants of a position at the conclusion of the recruitment and selection process advising them of the outcome of their application.
