The Sydney Swans were met with perfect conditions on Lakeside Oval for this morning’s training session.
The squad completed a number of kicking and handballing drills before moving off the field for an intensive off-legs boxing session.
Swans senior players Adam Goodes, Nick Smith and Ben McGlynn participated in extra competitive drills towards the end of today’s session, while recovering Swans Shane Mumford and Rhyce Shaw ran laps of the oval.
A highlight of training was injured Swan Gary Rohan kicking a number of goals on his recovering right leg from just inside 50 metres as the rest of the squad trained.
