The Sydney Swans family is thinking of young fan Aidan as he battles an ongoing illness.

Aidan visited the club last season getting to meet some of his stars including Lance Franklin (pictured below).
Sadly Aidan passed away shortly after the Swans' win against Port Adelaide.
All at the Swans' thoughts are with Aidan's family during this difficult time.
