The Sydney Swans have made two changes ahead of Sunday’s clash against Fremantle with Jarrad McVeigh and Toby Nankerivs coming into the side.
Co-captain McVeigh passed all required fitness test during the week to join his teammates on the flight to Perth on Friday afternoon.
Toby Nankervis comes into the side to replace injured big man Callum Sinclair.
After a promising debut Jordan Foote has made way in the final side for the co-captain's return.
