Tackle bags, medicine balls, a good ol' fashion tug-o-war and plenty more were layed out at Lakeside Oval, awaiting the Sydney Swans' playing group as they arrived for training on Monday.

Orchestrated and overseen by strength and conditioning coaches, a circuit was thrown in as a buffer between the squad's regular sheduled training drills.

Not once, but several times the boys tackled and conquered the circuit which aimed to test the players' endurance and mental stamina.

Sydney Swans Meda was there with the camera to bring you the best photos from the session.
