Sydney Swans speedster Gary Rohan has been given the all clear after a sickening clash at the MCG yesterday.

Rohan cartwheeled over Carlton's Sam Rowe midway through the third quarter.

The Swans' No.16 appeared to land on his neck and was stretchered from the ground.

He was taken to hospital where he had precautionary scans and was cleared of any structural damage but was confirmed to have suffered a concussion.

Rohan will be assessed by Swans medical staff through the week who will determine when he returns to play.
