After 13 rounds of footy, our players have taken a few days away from training for the bye round before getting back on the track to prepare for Round 15 against Richmond.

Captain Josh Kennedy headed south with his family, Lance Franklin and wife Jesinta went to Melbourne and the Wolgan Valley whilst Issac Heeney and Luke Parker went north to Byron Bay to catch some waves.

Meanwhile our injured players continued with their rehab programs and it was great to see Sam Naismith back running, whilst he and Callum Mills also shared the gym with San Francisco 49ers player Solomon Thomas who was visiting Sydney and used the Club's training facilities.
