Richard Colless: Originally from Western Australia, Richard Colless has worked in the financial services industry in Australia and the United Kingdom for over 30 years. He was the Chairman of ING Management Ltd, from 2004 until September 2010.

Richard joined the Board of the Sydney Swans in 1993, and in 1994 was appointed Chairman. He is the longest serving AFL Chairman/President currently in office.

He co-authored the review of the development of Australian Football in NSW/ACT in 1997 and in 1998 was appointed Chairman of the AFL (NSW/ACT) Commission, a position he held until 2002.

Richard is the Chairman of Carbine Club NSW and also a Director of the Sydney Australian Football Foundation.


 

Jason Ball: Jason Ball is a two-time premiership player, with the West Coast Eagles in 1994 and the Sydney Swans in 2005.

Drafted to the West Coast Eagles in October 1991, Jason played 103 games from 1992 to 1999 before being traded to the Sydney Swans in 2000.

A wonderful ruckman, Jason played 90 games for the Swans. He was pivotal during the 2005 finals series, setting up winning goals with his ruck work in both the semi-final against Geelong, and the Grand Final against his old side, West Coast.

Following his retirement from playing after the 2005 premiership, Jason joined the Sydney Swans coaching staff in 2006, mentoring young players, before becoming a member elected Sydney Swans board member in 2007.

Away from football, Jason is a stockbroker at Macquarie Bank,  where he has worked since 2000.

Jason and his wife Jane are the proud parents of three children: Zachariah, and twins Mattison and McKenzie.
 

Andrew McMaster: Hailing from Temora in the NSW Riverina, Andrew McMaster has been a Director of the Sydney Swans since 1995 and is also a Life Member of the Club.

A graduate of the University of NSW, Andrew is currently a Senior Partner of KPMG, a global professional services firm, and has over 30 years of experience in auditing, accounting and financial advisory services.

Andrew also served as a Director and Treasurer of The Bradman Foundation and Bradman Museum Trust for 10 years.

Andrew is the Chairman of the Sydney Swans Audit and Finance Committee.


 

Rob Morgan: Rob Morgan graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University. His business career started at General Motors and after a short period he moved to A.C. Nielsen in market research.

He moved into advertising, and his career in that industry began at Monahan Dayman Adams (now Mojo). After three years there he joined Clemenger in 1979 in account management. He was appointed a Director of the Company in 1984.

In 1989, he was appointed Managing Director of Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, and in 1998 he became Executive Chairman of the Clemenger Group, the largest advertising and marketing communications group in Australia and New Zealand.

Rob is also a Director of BBDO Worldwide. He was appointed to the Sydney Swans Board in 2004.


 

Greg Paramor: Greg Paramor has been involved in the real estate and funds management industry for the past 35 years and was the co-founder of Growth Equities Mutual, Paladin Australia and the James Fielding Group.

A past President of the Property Council of Australia and the Investment Funds Association, Greg is also a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Greg recently retired as Managing Director of Mirvac Group, and is a Director of a number of not-for-profit organisations, including the Garvan Institute of Medical Research and the National Breast Cancer Foundation. He is also a director of LJ Hooker and Folkestone Limited.

A member of the Sydney Swans board since 2008, Greg was the founding Director of the Olympic Stadium Trust and company and was responsible for the Australia's first Six-Star 'Green Star' education facility at Bond University, of which he is a Trustee. The Six Star rating places the building at world's best practice levels in terms of environmental performance.


 

Robert Pascoe: Robert Pascoe was born in Melbourne in 1962 and educated at Scotch College and Monash University in Melbourne.

A passionate Swans supporter all his life, Robert became a Director of the Sydney Swans in 2005; a year that he describes as one of his life’s greatest moments when the Swans won the premiership.

Robert is the Managing Director of Closed Loop Environmental Solutions, which specialises in the marketing and management of packaging and recycling programs to organisations such as Qantas, NSW Health, the MCG, ANZ Stadium and the SCG, to name a few.

He is also currently a Director of Closed Loop Recycling UK, a Director and Company Secretary of the People and Parks Foundation, Head of the Banksia Foundation Advisory Board and judge of the Banksia Prime Minister’s Environmentalist of the Year.

Married to Fiona, they have twins, Amelia and Louis. Robert has an interest in flying and also owns an aerial photography business in Melbourne, and he is also a keen tennis player and an ordinary golfer.
 

Andrew Pridham: A member of the Sydney Swans Board since 2002, Andrew is the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking of New York based Investment Bank, Moelis & Company.

Well known in Australian business circles, Andrew previously held the positions of Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking at UBS and following that Executive Chairman of JPMorgan Australia Investment Bank.

Andrew is Deputy Chairman of the Swans Australian Football Foundation.
 

Lynn Ralph: Born in New York City, Lynn has had a successful career in both the private and public sector.

Lynn spent six years as General Manager of Sydney Dance Company, and was Deputy Chairman of the Australian Securities Commission from 1993 - 1997.

In 2002, she co-founded Cameron Ralph P/L, a firm which assists boards to improve their performance.  She lectures and writes regularly on corporate governance.

A Director of the Sydney Swans since 2007, she is also currently a Director of the Sydney Institute.

Lynn is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a member of the St James Ethics Centre and the Rotary Club of Sydney.  

Lynn has previously been Chairman of the AMP Foundation, Chairman of the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust, and a Director of NRMA Limited, NRMA Insurance Limited, the Financial Industry Complaints Service, Chunky Move Ltd, the Australian Choreographic Ensemble, and the AFL (NSW/ACT) Commission.
 


Brian Tyson: Brian is the managing partner of Kreab Gavin Anderson one of Australia’s leading Strategic Communications companies.

KGA has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth and Auckland and its practice areas include Government Relations, Corporate Communications, Financial Communications, and Research.

Brian has more than 25 years experience in Strategic Communications. He has worked on some of Australia’s most high profile and complex public affairs, corporate, and financial communication matters.

Brian is a member of a range of Sydney focussed business and community organisations and sits on the Board of the Committee for Sydney as well as the global board of Kreab Gavin Anderson.

He is a long time Sydney Swans member and supporter and has sat on the Swans Communications Sub-Committee for the past three years.
