TeamSWANS Requests

The Sydney Swans Football Club has strong, long-term partnerships with various charities, schools, junior Clubs and not-for-profit organisations. The majority of our available resources (including player appearances) are committed to supporting these groups, in addition to our corporate partners and sponsors.

Prior to making a request, please click on one of the sections below for our donation and player appearance criteria information.

Player Appearances

The majority of Sydney Swans player appearances in the community are undertaken at schools, junior Clubs, AFL events and Sydney Swans events.

Sydney Swans players are available for a limited number of additional appearances, dependent upon availability, training and playing schedules.

To request a Sydney Swans player at your event, please consider the 2012 Player Appearance Criteria – Community, and complete the 2012 Player Request Form – Community form, available here.

Donations

The Sydney Swans donate a variety of items to our partners including charities, schools and junior football clubs. The majority of our merchandise is donated to organisations and groups with whom we have ongoing relationships.

There are a limited number of items available to meet additional requests. Due to the large number of requests we receive, the Club is unable to guarantee that your request will be met.
