The Swans are returning home for season 2016 with all home games to be played at the SCG.

It means the three games previously scheduled for ANZ Stadium are being relocated.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do the fixture times and dates remain the same?
Yes. The only change at this stage is location, with three matches previously scheduled at ANZ Stadium to now be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground. Details are as follows:

  • Round 1, Saturday 26 March, Sydney Swans v Collingwood SCG 7.25pm
  • Round 7, Saturday 7 May, Sydney Swans v Essendon SCG 4.35pm
  • Round 18, Saturday 23 July, Sydney Swans v Carlton SCG 1.45pm

Do I need a new membership card?
Most members do not need to receive a new membership card for 2016, so it’s really important to keep hold of your existing membership card.

Those members who will require a NEW membership card will be contacted separately by Member Services via email or phone.

Will public transport be included in my membership for any matches in 2016?
No. Public transport inclusions are not transferrable to the SCG. To explore public transport options, visit: http://www.transportnsw.info/ or call Transport NSW on 131 500.

I am an 11-game reserved seat member, do I get to keep the same seat for all 11 games?
Yes. As a reserved seat member you will have the same SCG seat at all 11 home games. Refer to the seating and access details for the SCG all season. Your card will scan as normal at the SCG for all your match entitlements.

I held an ANZ Superpass membership last season. Which membership should I get now?
You can purchase a Red Zone 3-game membership, which gives you access to any three games throughout the season in the unreserved Red Zone at the SCG.

Will I still get to use my parking vouchers for all 11 home games at the SCG?
Yes. You will receive new parking vouchers for the SCG for all 11 games.

How do I purchase an extra reserved seat membership at the SCG?

Will Adam Goodes and Mike Pyke still be honoured at Round 3?

I am staying near ANZ Stadium – how do I get to the SCG?
The NSW Government travel website www.transportnsw.info or travel app Opal Travel can show you how to get there. Both are free to access and include a journey planner.

I am an ANZ Stadium member – what happens to my game entitlements?
Keen to repay ANZ Stadium Members for their support over the past 14 seasons, the Swans will not only to provide ANZ Stadium members with access to three Sydney Swans games of their choice in 2016 – but also three games in season 2017 and again in 2018. As some games will be in high demand you may need to pre-register your game selections. Stay tuned to the Swans website as we will have more details in the coming weeks.

 

I booked parking at Sydney Olympic Park, can I get a refund?

If booked via the Sydney Olympic Park website (http://www.sydneyolympicpark.com.au/parking)

  • Patrons should email the address they would have received their parking ticket/s from (parking is issued via EzyTicket from SOPA website)
  • Patrons simply need to state in the email that the relevant event they had purchased for (match day) has been moved and ask for a refund
  • Refunds will be returned the card used to purchase the parking and tickets will be cancelled

If booked via the Ticketek website (www.ticketek.com.au)

  • Refunds will be supplied as the event has been moved
  • Refunds can be received by the below methods:
    • Go to a Ticketek agency – refunds will be done on the spot at the agency
    • Email the Ticketek help desk with details of the purchase
    • Call Ticketek
