Premier services contractor Vallec is proud to be powering the Sydney Swans football club for the 2018 AFL season.

Vallec has signed on as an Associate Partner of the Swans, as both organisations strive to continue delivering growth through their investment in people and the community.

Sustainable growth continues to see Vallec move from strength to strength with an ever-increasing presence within the construction sector.

Vallec Managing Director Tobias McCosker said the company shares a great synergy with the Sydney Swans.

“Just like the Sydney Swans, at Vallec we believe in the commitment to continual improvement. Our approach to accredited management systems, staff training, and new technology keeps Vallec at the cutting edge,” McCosker said.

“The Sydney Swans is a club that has faced adversity yet continues to deliver growth through great resilience and self-belief, as shown in the 2017 premiership season. It matches the belief, qualities and ethos of Vallec as a business and a member of the community.”

Sydney Swans CEO and Managing Director Andrew Ireland said the club is rapt to have Vallec on board.

“We’re proud to be partnering with Vallec and look forward to welcoming them to the Sydney Swans family,” Ireland said.

“Our football club aims to be a community leader when it comes to diversity and inclusion, and we know Vallec shares a passion for these values.

“We’re looking forward to working with Vallec to help them establish their own programs in support of Indigenous youth employment and gender equality in the workplace.”
