Sydney Swans CEO Tom Harley will mark ANZAC Day by laying a wreath at the ANZAC Parade Obelisk in Moore Park.

In each of the past two years Saving Moore Park Inc. has, with the support of the ADF, held a Dawn Service at the location.

The Obelisk was dedicated in 1917 at the head of ANZAC Parade and was a focal point for Sydney’s ANZAC Day ceremonies for a decade until 1927, when the Cenotaph was constructed in Martin Place.

More than 120 people attended the service in 2018 to commemorate the sacrifice of service men and women, past and present.
