Heartbeat of Football visits the Sydney Swans
Earlier this week, the Heartbeat of Football, in partnership with @najoomelah provided the Swans free heart health checks. Heart disease is one of Australia’s leading causes of death and smoking and vaping is a risk factor in heart disease. Heartbeat of Football will also be conducting free heart health checks on Driver Avenue this afternoon ahead of the game
