The Sydney Swans have again thrown their support behind Addi Rd's 'Hampers of Hope' initiative to bring smiles and cheer to those in need during the holiday season.

Addi Road, Australia’s largest non-profit community centre, are a small team striving to do big things and their #HampersofHope initiative will be supporting those in need.

They have been creating special one-off gift hampers to surprise people and families who have been doing it tough across 2023.

The Sydney Swans have been a close part of the Addi Road family since 2020 when former players Kieren Jack and Nick Smith came to pack food hampers and make deliveries. Since then current Head of Player Wellbeing & Development and former club captain, Brett Kirk, is leading the way and getting the whole club involved.

Players and staff have donated gifts of their own, while Swans members have also donated membership packs, as well as over 1,000 caps to go towards the hampers.
