Still disappointed after Friday night's loss to GWS, the Sydney Swans put in a solid session on the track in preparation for the final hit out ahead of round one of the regular season.

In warm conditions, the players sectioned off into their zones and took on a series of drills orchestrated by their respective line coaches.

Midfielder Tom Mitchell spoke to SwansTV following the session, saying the whole club was looking forward to making amends at Etihad Stadium against Carlton.
