Freshwater’s Yvonne Wang is the proud owner of a brand new Volkswagen Polo after claiming the ultimate prize through the club’s Nominate Your Mate program.
Yvonne’s favourite player, Luke Parker, was on hand this week to present Yvonne with the keys to her Volkswagen Polo 66TSI Trendline 7 Speed DSG valued at $21,955 (including on road costs).
The Red Zone 11 Member, who also uses Swans Smart Pay, said she couldn’t believe she was the lucky one randomly selected after more than 1900 members nominated their mates to become Swans members in season 2015.
“I thought it was a joke at first (when she received the phone call from Kathy in Swans Membership), so I’m really, really, really excited and I’m feeling very blessed,” she said.
Yvonne’s first trip in her new Volkswagen will be a road trip with some friends up the coast of NSW.
The Nominate Your Mates program will be back in 2016.
