LAST WEEK’S NEWS

What a win, but where was my mate Lance Franklin (FWD, $481,000)? Buddy went goalless from his seven touches (46pts) but will bounce back this week against the struggling Blues.

Luke Parker (MID, $561,000) kept his hot form rolling with 116 and Dan Hannebery (MID, $554,000) got back into the top scorers with 119.

Sam Reid (FWD, $346,000) played well and kicked a handy two goals for his 89pts and Tom Mitchell (FWD/MID, $509,000) also did nothing wrong for his loyla coaches. He scored 95 and is currently ranked as the fourth best forward over the last three weeks with an average of 106.

ON THE RADAR

To be honest, there aren’t many rookies coming through that I’d be looking to pick up my team. Kieren Jack (MID, 514,000) is probably one of the best ‘under-priced’ option as he has averaged 102 over the last three weeks and is $47,000 cheaper than his starting price. Jack has averaged over 100 before and is quite cheap considering what he can achieve.

Josh Kennedy (MID, $561,000) is still worth picking up and hasn’t dropped below 100 in the last month. He’s on track to be a top 5 midfielder this year and is only owned by 7% of Fantasy coaches.

TOP 5 SCORERS

#1 – 119 Dan Hannebery (MID, $554,000)
#2 – 116 Luke Parker (MID, $561,000)
#3 – 108 Kieren Jack (MID, 514,000)
#4 – 105 Jarrad McVeigh (MID, 537,000)
#5 – 102 Josh Kennedy (MID, $561,000)

WHAT’S COMING UP

This week the Swans host Carlton at the SCG and I’m tipping some big scores to be served up. Kennedy found the ball 41 times and scored 130 when he last met the Blues on the same day Buddy scored 114. Jarrad McVeigh (MID, 537,000) also managed 124 to be among the seven Swans who cracked the ton. This could get nasty so make sure you have your Swans locked and loaded.

All the best for this week!
