LAST WEEK’S NEWS
As expected, the Swans went bananas on the weekend in AFL Fantasy with the top five players averaging 129pts. Dan Hannebery (MID, $589,000) led the way with 133 and has been in smashing form over the last three weeks, averaging 128. Dane Rampe (DEF, $342,000) scored his third and best ton in his Fantasy career, aided by 12 marks.
Lance Franklin (FWD, $491,000) got off to a flying start kicking the first goal but only finished on 77, scoring just 14pts in the second half. ‘Mr. Consistent’ Jarrad McVeigh (MID, $526,000) scored a very solid 131 and is rumoured to be in line for Fantasy defender status when new positions are released in round 12.
Defender’s Heath Grundy (DEF, $386,000) and Rhyce Shaw (DEF, $391,000) got amongst the points scoring 90+, unlike Josh Kennedy (MID, $539,000) who only managed 60 and was one of only three Swans who failed to lay a tackle all game.
Tom Mitchell (FWD/MID, $547,000) is now a ‘must have’ player and you should be bending over backwards to get him. He has now scored 131 and 110 over the last two weeks and is clearly one of the forwards going around.
ON THE RADAR
Over the bye rounds, we’re all looking for down grade targets to make some cash to build our team and Dan Robinson (MID, $163,000) is the perfect option. He scored 77 in his first game and only 30 last week after starting in the green vest. Robinson can clock up the points, with his last week’s effort of 30, occurring just in the final term.

WHAT’S COMING UP
This week the Swans head south to Etihad Stadium to take on the Kangaroos.
Last time they met was in the Preliminary Final last year when Buddy kicked 5 goals from 23 touches for his game high 137. Josh Kennedy (MID, $539,000) averaged 30 disposals a game last year against the Roos, so watch out for him to bounce back into some form this week.
