Sydney Swans midfielder Dan Hannebery has further closed the gap on Nat Fyfe in the AFL Coaches Association votes after another best on ground performance.

Hannebery was awarded the full ten votes against the Crows after collecting 40 disposals and kicking three goals.

The star midfielder has now moved to 85 votes overall putting him within 15 votes of the leader.

The votes went all the way of the Swans players with co-captain Jarrad McVeigh (eight votes), Kurt Tippett (five votes), Josh Kennedy (four votes), Tom Mitchell (two votes) and Luke Parker (one vote) acknowledged for their strong performances.
