The Sydney Swans are pleased to confirm that West Coast Eagles ruckman Callum Sinclair will join the Club, in exchange for Lewis Jetta.
Standing 200cm, Sinclair played 20 matches for the Eagles in 2015, including the Grand Final.
He was drafted to the Eagles in the 2012 Rookie Draft and has since played a total of 29 matches.
Swans General Manager of Football Tom Harley said the Club was pleased to welcome Callum.
“One of our priorities this trade period was to secure a ruckman and in Callum, we believe have a really good player whose best football is ahead of him,” he said.
“Callum really showed this year what he is capable of and we look forward to him playing some really good football for our club.
“He is an impressive young man and we are really happy that he wants to join us,” Harley said
The trade with West Coast officially ends Lewis Jetta’s 127-game career in the red and white.
Tom Harley said he wished to thank Jetta for his wonderful contribution.
“We are disappointed to see Lewis go, but we wish him and his young family the best as they return home to Perth.
“Lewis has been a very popular figure at our club and he will forever be a premiership player with the Swans,” Harley said.
