The Sydney Swans have finalised its coaching structure for the 2016 season.
John Blakey has been promoted to the newly formed role Coaching Director / Head of Development.
Stuart Dew will continue in the Senior Assistant position as will Josh Francou as Stoppage Coach.
Henry Playfair has moved from the Forwards Coach to become the Defensive Coach.
Newly appointed assistant coach Brett Kirk will take over as Forwards Coach whilst recently retired Rhyce Shaw will coach the Swans NEAFL team with the support of Development Coach Nick Davis.
Jared Crouch will move to the QBE Sydney Swans Academy as the Academy Coaching Director.
