Henson Park will again host the 2016 Sydney Swans’ Intra-club Practice Match.

Following on from the success of last year’s hit out, the Marrickville venue will stage the Club’s first competitive four-quarter match of the summer on February 12 with the gates open to one and all.

With the warm-up at 4.30pm and the first bounce at 5pm, what better way to spend an early evening than by watching the team in action before the NAB Challenge begins?

All of the hard work ticked off over the summer will be put into practice complete with league officials and full contact, the match providing players a final chance to impress coaches on the eve of the season.

Entry is free for all fans and plenty of other entertainment available on the night.

Kids are invited on field for a kick-to-kick during quarter breaks while players will be available for autographs and photos post-match.

The Spin2Win Wheel will be set up near the Membership and Merchandise marquees where fans can sign up or renew ahead of season 2016.

The Newtown Swans Football Club will be on hand to cook the BBQ and run a raffle with a signed guernsey up for grabs.
