The Sydney Swans took advantage of Monday's beautiful sunshine and spent the afternoon down at Redleaf Beach to freshen up after the weekend's win.

The wet and slippery conditions of the Round 6 clash brought on some tired players. Redleaf's waters soothed the muscles ahead of another big week on the training track.

After the fun and games, defender Dane Rampe fronted the media before the group split and took the rest of the day off.
