Sydney Swans midfielder Dan Hannebery’s game-high 38 disposal effort against the Crows on Saturday night has earned him eight votes in this year’s AFLCA Champion Player of the Year award.

While Hannebery was the Swans’ best, it was the Crows’ Rory Sloane who stole the show picking up nine votes from John Longmire and Don Pyke for steering his side home to a breathtaking 10-point win.

Livewire forward Isaac Heeney was the only other Swan to catch the eye of the coaches, picking up five votes after his impressive 18 possession, four goal performance.

Crows duo Eddie Betts (five votes) and Scott Thompson (three votes) rounded out the coaches votes for Round 4.
