The start of the Swans clash with West Coast was delayed by a few minutes today after an incident during the ANZAC observance service.

The start of the Swans clash with West Coast was delayed by a few minutes today after an incident during the ANZAC observance service.

A male paratrooper from the Royal Australian Navy's Red Berets was injured on landing, after parachuting into the SCG.

Paramedics tended to the man on the field, before he was taken by ambulance to hospital with a suspected broken pelvis.

The man is expected to make a full recovery.
