The fixture for the 2024 AFL season has been announced and we’re gearing up for another heart stopping campaign in our 150th year. These are the highlights to add to your calendar, and every membership to get you there.
11 reasons to attend a home game
11 home games, 11 unmissable matches. It all starts on Thursday, March 7 when the Sydney Swans clash with Melbourne on Opening Night for our 150th year celebration game – a night not to miss, no matter if you’re located in Sydney or need to travel from interstate.
Want to secure a spot? A membership is the only way you can guarantee your seat. Plus, if you make it a Platinum 11 or Gold 11, you’re treated to the same seat for every home game of 2024.
Saturday afternoon derby with the Giants
One of the game’s greatest rivalries will come to a head on Saturday, May 4 when we host visitors GWS at the SCG.
Set to kick off from 1:45pm, we suggest grabbing a Red 11 Membership for the flexibility to sit with friends and family in unreserved seats and amongst all the fanfare. Plus, access to the exclusive dining and bar facilities in the MA Noble Stand.
Friday night footy at the SCG
Round 10 marks our annual Marn Grook Round, a celebration of the contribution of Indigenous people to our game. Get your weekend started early on May 17 with our only Friday night game before the mid-season bye.
It’s set to be the hottest ticket in town. Grab a Swans Pass and gain access to 11 flexible tickets to use across the season. Bring along 10 mates after work, or spread them out across any other game in the 2024 season.
Victorian tour
Six games will take place in our second home of Victoria – three at the MCG and three at Marvel Stadium – with South Melbourne fans gearing up for some exciting matchups in our 150th year.
We hit the ground running with a Collingwood clash at the MCG in Round 2. We return just two weeks later to face Richmond in Round 4 for the Easter long weekend before a Round 7 match against Hawthorn.
A VIC Ultimate Membership will get you General Admission entry to all Swans away matches at the MCG and Marvel Stadium, AND entry to any three home games at the SCG – subject to capacity.
Gather Round and beyond
South Australian fans rejoice! We’re set to visit Adelaide on three occasions, including Gather Round on April 6, Round 14 against the Adelaide Crows and Round 21 against Port Adelaide.
An Interstate Membership will give you exclusive on-sale access to purchase tickets to an away game in your home state before everyone else, and redemption of one ticket to Gather Round. Heading to Sydney for Opening Night, or another long weekend away? You’ll also get General Admission entry for any two home games at the SCG.
