The Sydney Swans are ready to hit the streets on Monday and Tuesday for their Australia Post AFL Community Camp.

Swans players will be spread far and wide around the state for the two days visiting schools, hospitals, attending community events and more.

The Swans will be visiting Wollongong, Bowral, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Gosford, Tamworth, Armidale, Wagga Wagga and Sydney metro locations for the camp.
