The Sydney Swans spread their wings around Coffs Harbour on Wednesday, visiting a number of schools before holding a super clinic to end the afternoon.

Shortly after the morning's training session at C.ex International Stadium, a group of players visited three local schools to talk about the game of Australian Rules football plus what it takes to be a professional sportsman.

Sydneyswans.com.au followed Gary Rohan and Harry Marsh as the duo dropped into Coffs Harbour Christian Community Primary School where they took questions from about 80 students.

The questions ranged from who their favourite players were at the Sydney Swans (apart from themselves) to what AFL players eat for breakfast.

The pair then jumped in the middle of the audience for a group picture before signing autographs on whatever the kids could rustle up, from Swans caps to pieces of scrap paper.

Anything but their school uniforms.

Following the question and answer, Rohan and Marsh led the kids down the garden path to an oval where they held a mini clinic.

Later in the afternoon, the likes of Dane Rampe, Heath Grundy and Zak Jones joined fellow teammates in welcoming a large contingent of kids at C.ex International Stadium for a super clinic.

The kids were taken through a number of drills including kicking, handballing and trying to take down the tackle bag.

On the neighbouring oval, members of the QBE Sydney Swans Academy's Coffs Harbour Zone held a training session.

Academy products Jack Hiscox and Abe Davis were joined by Kurt Tippett in hosting the session.

Fun and games.

Heath Grundy was just a little too tall for this little guy.

Despite the heat, the kids at the QBE Sydney Swans Academy's Coffs Harbour Zone were at full throttle.

 That's a wrap!
