The Sydney Swans will cap off their regular season with Sunday afternoon fixtures at the MCG and SCG, with the AFL today confirming the final two rounds of the home and away season.
In great news for red and white members and fans in Sydney, the Sydney Swans AFLW side will feature as a double header on Sunday, August 23, with the Round Two fixture to feature on the SCG before the AFL Round 24 fixture.
This will be the first opportunity to see our new look AFLW side in action at home this season.
