Natalie Fagg is the Executive General Manager – Customer. In her role she is the custodian of Sydney's fan community, crafting the strategic development and design of customer products and programs created in collaboration with the fans.

Her portfolio includes: Membership, Ticketing, Community Engagement and Consumer Products.

A lifelong fan, Natalie is also a member of the Sydney Swans Diversity Action Plan Committee and was a founding member of the club's Ladies at Sydney Swans Committee. She has been on Sydney's Executive team since 2012.
