Game day is almost here and we want you to be prepared! Follow our checklist below so you're red to cheer, cheer the Sydney Swans. 

1. MATCH ACCESS

For easy access into Sydney Swans games, follow these steps: 

ACCESS your tickets via the Sydney Swans App
TRANSFER your tickets to your group 
ADD your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet 

Find a step-by-step guide to mobile member tickets here. If members haven’t logged into their Swans Account on the app since last season, they may be prompted to update their password to ensure the safety and security of their ticket. More details are available here.

2. COLLECT YOUR MEMBER PACK

Remember to collect your 2024 member pack from Membership Support, opposite Gate 1 and 2 outside the MCG. Have your redemption pass ready by downloading it to your digital wallet. Click here for more information. 

3. ASSISTANCE ON MATCH DAY

Please visit the Membership Support office located opposite Gates 1 and 2 at the MCG.

4. KNOW SOMEONE WHO ISN'T DIGITALLY CONNECTED?

Help is available. Membership Support can provide assistance to download or access mobile member tickets. Alternative options can also be made available to ensure all Sydney Swans members can gain access to matches they are entitled to as part of their membership. 5. TICKETS

VIC Flexi, VIC AFL Platinum, VIC Ultimate and NSW Premiership Club members wanting to sit in a Swans Friendly Bay can upgrade to a reserved seat using their 12-digit barcode (this can be found in your Swans Account) via Ticketek.

For those members not holding a membership with access to this game, can purchase tickets in a Swans Friendly Bay via this Ticketek link (no member barcode needed).
