The Sydney Swans will wear a special Club Champion Medal guernsey in Saturday afternoon's clash against Adelaide at the SCG.

As part of member appreciation round the players will wear the specially designed guernsey featuring the names of those who have pre-ordered the guernsey from the Swans Shop.

Fans were given the chance to have their name immortalised on a Sydney Swans guernsey, alongside the winners of the Club Champion Medal and signed by Bob Skilton.
