The Sydney Swans AFLW team are thrilled to return to the club’s spiritual home at the SCG in season 2026, as the AFL today released the fixture for the upcoming NAB AFLW season.
Sydney will take on Essendon in Round 2 of the AFLW season, which will be an SCG double-header for the red and white army, with the men’s team to take on North Melbourne the same day.
It’s the first time Sydney’s women’s team return to the SCG for a home-and-away match since AFLW Season 6, in 2022.
The Swans then head to Coffs Harbour in Round 3 for the AFLW’s Indigenous Round to play St. Kilda, before returning to Henson Park in Sydney for a home derby against the Giants in Round 5.
