Social Media Specialist

Make the Sydney Swans impossible to scroll past. You’ll grow our social presence by turning club moments into scroll-stopping content, building bingeable series, and shaping how fans discover, talk about and connect with the Swans across every platform. You’ll create content made for each channel, stay on the pulse, and deliver real fan and commercial impact – all with a modern, edgy and unmistakably Swans feel.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and drive strategy and performance across all social platforms
- Grow reach, engagement and relevance with new and existing audiences
- Develop repeatable content formats and series tailored to each platform
- Ensure content reflects a modern, edgy and distinct Swans identity
- Track and analyse content performance across platforms
- Use insights to refine formats, cadence and approach
- Support major campaigns, match-day moments and club initiatives
- Ensure social content aligns with broader storytelling and brand direction

2026 AFLW Physiotherapist - Parental Leave Contract

The role will be responsible for leading the delivery of physiotherapy services to members of the AFLW football program. The physiotherapy team is responsible for the provision of the highest standard of sports physiotherapy services, including injury diagnosis, rehabilitation, load management and injury prevention, as well as ensuring appropriate high-performance standards and behaviours.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading and aligning the Sydney Swans physiotherapy and rehabilitation philosophy.
- Delivery of all aspects of athlete care, including rehabilitation, pretraining preparation, injury prevention and soft tissue therapy.
- Use data to monitor athlete progressions in rehabilitation and in reintegration into full team training to improve performance outcomes.
- Work alongside strength and conditioning, sports science and nutrition staff members in the delivery of all aspects of rehabilitation and high-performance programming.
- Effective communication with athletes, doctors, physiotherapy and athletic performance staff to ensure an “athlete centred” and shared decision-making approach.
- Attending all training sessions, including interstate travel to AFLW matches.
- Maintaining accurate player treatment notes.
