Sydney Swans AFLW senior coach Colin O'Riordan has made two changes for his side's Round 10 clash with Collingwood at Windy Hill on Sunday.

Tall Caitlin Reid and first-year Swan Molly Thomas come into the side, while Darcy Moloney and Emma Juneja have been omitted.

Reid will feature in her second game of the 2026 season, playing in Sydney's 23-point win over St Kilda in Round 3, after making seven appearances for the Swans in her debut season as a mature-aged recruit in 2025, while Thomas will make her fourth appearance of the year.

"Caitlin comes in, obviously a key position player that's played really well in the scrimmage and she deserves her opportunity to come in and hopefully bring us a little bit of height that we've been lacking in the last couple of weeks," O'Riordan said.

"Molly's just went back and played scrimmage and the way she's trained and played over the past three or four weeks I think has been admirable and she deserves her opportunity."

Round 10 •

Windy Hill, Melbourne • VIC

Sydney will be looking to make amends after back-to-back losses, with the side looking to make their second finals series in the program's history.

"I think it's all about us this week and we probably didn't hold ourselves in good stead last week in the first half, especially around the contest," O'Riordan said.

"So big focus on that this week and hopefully we can go out and win or halve our contest and then go from there, but it all stems from the contest."

The game will mark the second week of the AFLW's Pride Round, celebrating diversity, inclusion and belonging across the game and recognising the contributions of LGBTQI+ communities to AFLW.
