The Sydney Swans donate a variety of items to our partners including charities, schools and junior football clubs. 

The majority of Sydney Swans player appearances in the community are undertaken at schools, junior Clubs, AFL events and  Sydney Swans events.

Sydney Swans players are available for a limited number of additional appearances, dependent upon availability,  training and playing schedules.

There are a limited number of items available to meet additional requests. Due to the large number of requests we receive, the Club is  unable to guarantee that your request will be met.

To request a donation or player request, please consider the Donation Request Criteria and the Player Request Criteria and complete the below form.

The Sydney Swans do not accept any  items sent into the club to be signed under any circumstances. Items  sent in for this purpose may not be returned and the club takes no  responsibility for these items. We encourage all members and fans to  attend open training sessions where you will have the opportunity to ask  for player autographs after training.

The Sydney Swans receive a large volume of letters and we cannot guarantee a response.

Please note: All requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks before you require the item and completed in line with the 2019 Donation Request Criteria. Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation, nor a particular item e.g. signed jumper.
