18-year old Montana Ham is a 180cm athlete who started playing football at just four years old. She has played in four NAB League campaigns and was Best on Ground in Vic Metro's championship this season. She was also judged MVP for the National AFLW Academy side in their game against the U23 All-Stars.

Ham finished second for total disposals at the Under 18 National Championships, boasting the highest contested possession rate (58.6 per cent), and second highest handball-to-kick percentage (also 58.6) of players to register over 50 touches.
