No major injury concerns out of either the AFL or VFL game. The AFL match was reasonably warm and we had a few players cramp or lose large amounts of fluid, however all players have recovered well with the additional day off leading in to this Sunday’s respective games against North Melbourne.
Peter trained well last week and was close to being available for selection against GWS. He didn’t play due to some residual swelling post training but is expected to complete full training and contact to test his availability for matches this weekend.
Marc has progressed his rehab and is now out of his Camboot. He will now commence foot and lower limb strengthening exercises, alongside his cross training program.
Colin is still not running as we continue to navigate his hip pain. He is completing strength based exercises and off legs conditioning as part of his rehabilitation program.
It is now 10 months since Sam’s ACL reconstruction. He is completing rehab skills and contact based work, and has commenced some introductory team skills. He will be progressed towards team based skill drills over the coming six weeks.
