2022 TOYOTA AFL GRAND FINAL TICKETING IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS
Members who are successful in obtaining a 2022 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket via the member ballot will automatically be charged for tickets once it has been confirmed that the Sydney Swans will participate in the 2022 Grand Final. Members who were successful in the ballot will be charged on Sunday, September 18 following the Preliminary Final.
Please ensure that you have enough funds for all tickets on your nominated credit card. There will be no follow up on any rejected credit cards once the ballot has been run. If your credit card fails to process, your tickets will be reallocated to the next eligible members.
BALLOT RESULTS
Ballot results will be available from Monday September 19. You will need to search for your Ticketek Account Number in the lists below to see if you were successful or unsuccessful in the ballot.
Email notification will also be sent to successful and unsuccessful members on Monday, September 19.

How to find your Ticketek Customer ID?
Your Ticketek Customer ID can be found on your registration confirmation email from Ticketek. Members who registered over the phone were given this number at the completion of the call. If you cannot locate your Ticketek Customer ID via email you can follow the below steps to locate it via the Ticketek Website or Ticketek App.

Unfortunately, Sydney Swans Membership Support do not have access to members Ticketek account numbers. If you are unable to find your account number, you will need to call Ticketek directly on 1328 49.
TICKET COLLECTION
Tickets for successful members will be available via your Ticketek account or via Ticketek App from 2pm, Wednesday September 21.
Tickets will be available to download and forward as mobile tickets from, the purchasers Ticketek account.
