Game day is almost here and we want you to be prepared! Follow our checklist below so you're red to cheer, cheer the Sydney Swans, plus check out all the excitement to come for Member Thank You Round.

1. MEMBER THANK YOU ROUND 

We’re saying a big thank you to our members at Round 24. Check your inbox for a chance to join in on some exclusive experiences, treat yourself to a discounted offer for Before the Bounce, upgrade your match day to the Member Lounge, and send us your best member photo. If you have any questions about how to get involved, contact Membership Support on (02) 9157 5020 (between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday - Friday) or email swansmembership@sydneyswans.com.au. 

2. MATCH ACCESS 

For easy access into Sydney Swans games, follow these steps:  

ACCESS your tickets via the Sydney Swans App  
ADD your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet  

Find a step-by-step guide to mobile member tickets here. If members haven’t logged into their Swans Account on the app since last season, they may be prompted to update their password to ensure the safety and security of their ticket. More details are available here. 

3. COLLECT YOUR MEMBER PACK 

Remember to collect your 2024 member pack with our Membership Support office at Box Office 2 on Driver Avenue near Gate B. We will open from 5:30pm. Click here for more information. Have your redemption pass ready by downloading it to your digital wallet. 

4. VISIT SYDNEY SWANS HQ

The Members Bar at Swans HQ will be open pre-match from 5:30pm. Plus, check out the Locker Room from 4:45pm for the latest merchandise.  

The Moore Park Lifeblood centre is open all week if you would like to roll up your sleeves and make a donation, visit the friendly staff in the centre located within Swans HQ. 

5. ASSISTANCE ON MATCH DAY 

Please visit the Membership Support office at Box Office 2 located on Driver Avenue near Gate B. We will be open from 5:30pm. 

6. KNOW SOMEONE WHO ISN'T DIGITALLY CONNECTED? 

Help is available. Membership Support can provide assistance to download or access mobile member tickets. Alternative options can also be made available to ensure all Sydney Swans members can gain access to matches they are entitled to as part of their membership. 7. ARE YOU A RED ZONE MEMBER? 

Dress regulations apply in the Red Zone for members and their guests. Click here for more information 

Reserved seat stickers will again be available in the Red Zone. Stickers will be issued by SCG customer service staff upon entry. One sticker will be provided to each member or guest as they enter the ground. Additional stickers will not be issued to members who are not at the ground. The stickers allow members to reserve a seat prior to or for up to one hour after first bounce if the member is absent from their seat to access facilities. Seats must not be saved for latecomers using other belongings.  

Please note: Some bays on level 2 of the Noble Bradman Stand are reserved for SCG Members pre-reserved seats. These bay numbers may change prior to match day.
