The Sydney Swans VFL side will host Williamstown at Lakeside Oval this Saturday, May 13 in Round 8 of the competition.

The Swans VFL side will be looking for their first win of the season, following a nail-biting three-point defeat to Frankston last week, with the clash a curtain-raiser ahead of the AFL’s Redkite Day clash with Fremantle.

VFL Head Coach Damian Truslove has named a side, welcoming back Sam Wicks who makes his return to the action following a shoulder injury sustained in the pre-season while Lewis Melican plays his second game of the year.

Following some senior game selection this year, Dylan Stephens, Marc Sheather, Corey Warner and Angus Sheldrick have been named in the young side while  Swans draftees Will Edwards, Caleb Mitchell, Cooper Vickery, Jaiden Magor and Jacob Konstanty will continue to gain valuable experience in the line up.

First bounce is from 10:35am at Tramway Oval.

All VFL fixtures are live streamed free via the AFL website, AFL Live Official App and VFL App.
