The Swans were joined by guests NIDA Alumna Heather Mitchell, Terri Martin from NIDA Corporate Training, and Carly Wilkinson from Symmetra for panel discussions on gender equality and diversity from the field, to the stage and corporate boardroom.

The Sydney Swans are joining forces with the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) to enhance performance on and off the field with NIDA Corporate Training.

NIDA’s expertise in communication and presentation skills is world renowned. This partnership will deliver specialised NIDA Corporate Training programs for Swans staff and players, to equip them with tools to excel in high-pressure situations, foster resilience, and enhance communication.
