Sydney Swans AFLW midfielder Montana Ham has been nominated for the NAB AFLW Goal of the Year for her incredible Round 5 goal against the Collingwood on Saturday.

Goals were hard to come by for Sydney on Saturday, but a blistering run from midfield, three handpasses, and an elite finish on her right earnt the 21-year-old a nomination.
