Sydney Swans player Taylor Adams was the victim of an incident across the road from an Eastern Suburbs establishment last night. 

Adams was taken to hospital after the incident for further assessment. He was released from hospital at 7am Sunday morning and will be monitored on a daily basis. 

The Sydney Swans does not tolerate violence in any form and is working with Adams and NSW police to identify the offender.
