Sydney Swans defender Nick Blakey has polled a perfect 10 votes in this week's coaches votes.

Blakey was sensational in Sydney's win against cross-town rivals GWS, with 34 disposals and a goal, with his characteristic runs lighting up the SCG with the 26-year old also registering 882 metres gained.

Teammate Justin McInerney earned eight votes, continuing his standout start to the season finishing the game with 26 disposals and two goals.

Ruck Brodie Grundy was important to the side's 41-point win and earned four coaches votes for his 27 disposals and 37 hitouts.

Midfielder Chad Warner rounded out the vote-getters, polling one vote after he had 26 disposals and hit the scoreboard.
