The Sydney Swans will kick off Sir Doug Nicholls Round in season 2019 with Marn Grook at the SCG against Collingwood, will host the annual Pride Game against St Kilda and have secured more day games as part of a bumper fixture released by the AFL on Thursday.

The above are just some of the highlights Swans members and fans can look forward to in season 2019, while Sydney is set to travel far and wide with six games in Victoria and matches in South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland and Tasmania.

The Swans will kick off their 2019 premiership campaign against the Western Bulldogs at Melbourne's Marvel Stadium, before returning home to host Adelaide under Friday night lights at the SCG.

Highly anticipated home games against Melbourne, Essendon, Collingwood, Hawthorn, St Kilda, Geelong, Carlton, GWS, Gold Coast and 2018 premier West Coast will round out a blockbuster draw for Sydney supporters, which will also include four day matches, with the possibility of a fifth in Round 23. Incoming Sydney Swans CEO Tom Harley is thrilled with the 2019 fixture.

“The Club has secured a really exciting 2019 fixture that has a little something for everyone,” Harley said.

“Our home draw will see some of the game’s biggest clubs travel to Sydney, headlined by Marn Grook at the SCG against Collingwood, while the annual Pride Game will once again be a showpiece event in the city. We’re also pleased to have secured four day games at the SCG, with the possibility of a fifth in Round 23.

“Another six games in Victoria is a huge win, while it will also be great to return to South Australia and Tasmania after missing out this year.

“Overall, this is an exciting fixture for Sydney Swans members and fans and we can’t wait to get our 2019 premiership campaign underway against the Western Bulldogs.”

The best way to secure a seat at all blockbuster 11 home games and interstate matches in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland and Tasmania is by becoming a Swans member.

Swans home memberships are currently on sale, while interstate membership packages will be available from November 8 at membership.sydneyswans.com.au.
