Sydney Swans members and fans have the chance to watch their favourite AFL and AFLW stars in action with a whole of club open training session confirmed for Thursday, 16 July.

Sydney Swans members and fans have the chance to watch their favourite AFL and AFLW stars in action with a whole of club open training session confirmed for Thursday, July 16.

The AFL team will be preparing for their Round 19 match against the Adelaide Crows with a Captain's Run at the SCG, while the AFLW side will be continuing their preparations for the upcoming season with a gruelling pre-season training session.

Captain's Run and AFLW Training are both scheduled for 10:00am starts.

Entry is free, with fan activations available for members and fans upon arrival into the SCG.

More details will be confirmed next weeK as they come to hand.
